I was wondering how to start blogging again, how to back to my routine while so many things just had happened. It is not easy to back on track when kids are at home, more time you spent is the period you mainly focus on them. I am not gonna write about coronavirus and the pandemic is happening all around the world. In some point I am very and truly worried about current situation but the other vies suggest to focus on really important moments in our life. That is scary time, that is very worried moment but it won't stay forever. It won't. Apparently mother earth wants to give us a feedback about situation we have created and reliably warns us from ''holocaust'' the people are preparing for themselves. Holocaust? Seriously? Should I even use this word to express my feelings. Oh yes.

It's quite obvious - my absence has been provided by many issues. It is a while since my last post and I am not going to explain how and why for so long. Life, priorities and health condition. These three - very powerful impacts - made my life even more interesting and let me think more wisely and smarter about things, events and people surrounded my life and all those had gone.

It's summer. Sunshine is one of the most important impact in our life. It provides vitamin D. It makes us happier, healthier, lighter and provides so many positive vibes. Because I was born in June my favourite fruit is strawberry which was my first choice of this delicious summer delight.

The last few weeks have been quite distracted and worried. While I was particularly trying get results with fight I began long time ago with my general practise (GP) one of my friend was dealing with breast cancer and other one constantly worry about her unborn baby who is not growing enough in the womb. While fruits are allowed on the AIP diet, it’s best not to overeat them. Smoothies can be easy to gorge yourself on as they have lots of natural sweetness and honey or maple syrup is often added to them as well. Just be aware of how much fruit you’re consuming each day, and try to limit it. Being diagnosed with autoimmune diseases I have started AIP (autoimmune protocol).
